Which plan is right for my business?

Start with Free for one project and up to 25 publishers. Choose Growth for more projects, publisher groups, exports and API access. Scale adds higher limits, advanced risk analysis and dedicated onboarding support.

Do publishers need a paid plan?

No. These subscriptions are for advertisers running affiliate programs. Publishers can join and promote projects for free.

What changes when I choose yearly billing?

Growth is $63 per month, charged as $756 once a year. Scale is $199 per month, charged as $2,388 once a year. Usage allowances still reset monthly; yearly billing does not pool them into a yearly allowance.

Are publisher commissions included in the price?

No. Your subscription covers the platform, not commissions owed to publishers. CakeGrowth does not add a platform commission fee or a plan-based payout cap. Third-party payment, withdrawal and currency conversion charges are separate; applicable charges are disclosed before a transaction.

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

Project, publisher and team limits prevent further additions without deleting existing data. Event usage alerts are sent at 80% and 100%. We do not silently discard conversion data or automatically charge overage fees. Contact support to arrange the appropriate capacity when you reach your event allowance.

Is Free a limited-time trial?

No. Free has no time limit and lets you experience the core workflow within its usage allowances. Paid plans do not include a separate 14-day trial.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel renewal at any time and retain paid access until the end of your billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Contact support about refunds and to arrange a plan change that fits your current usage.

Does a marketplace listing guarantee exposure?

No. Basic listing means your eligible project can appear in the marketplace. It does not include guaranteed placement, impressions, publisher recruitment or sales.
